This custom dry box build included an innovative mounting tab with slots to allow a rafter to secure the box to the raft frame without interfering with the opening and closing of the box. Traditionally, straps run over the top of the box to secure them to the raft, and with this design, the rafter can access the contents of the dry box without compromising safety.
